Two sIxth-formers from St. Mary's College, Crosby, raised more than £110 between them when, together with other members of the lower sixth, they held a house-to house collection in aid of Age Concern. Seventeen-year old Nicole Hughes raised a staggering £71.70, while
Christopher Wolfenden, also 17, raised £42, which formed part of the £500-plus total raised by the school.
