1976 - School party leaves for Hamburg |

A party of 19 boys from St. Mary's College, Crosby, left on a nine-day trip to Hamburg, last week.
They sent by North Sea fern' to Rotterdam and then stopped off at Cologne before continuing to what has been described as "Europe's most swinging city"
During their stab - at Hamburg's Youth Hotel they will go on a one-day trip to Lubeck and the Baltic Sea and, of course, devote a lot of time to sight-seeing round Hamburg itself.
The party is being led by languages. master Mr. Richard Hyland and two other staff members, Mr Paul Lever and Mr. Tony Murphy.
Last year, a school party went on an exchange trip to Trier in the Moselle region of France.
