Many thanks to Dr. J. Michael (Mike) Baron for sending us this picture of Form 5 Beta in 1954.
The process of identifying names is still ongoing, but there are some names written on the back of the photo:
Joseph Aindow; Francis J. Cardwell; David N. Howard; Anthony Jones; Brian A. Kelly; Beverley G. Kelly; Brian W. Sankson; Peter M. Wilson, and Norman Leonard (possibly).
Other suggestions are:
Middle row: Pupil 1 is John Fletcher; pupil 5 is unknown; pupil 8 is Jimmy King.
Front row: pupils 1;2;4;5;6; & 9 are uncertainties, although pupils 5 & 6 are variously, Edward Mallon & Robert Lawson (but cannot be certain which is which).
